2X Valuation Indicator

The "2X" Valuation Indicator is a playing piece that can be optionally used to add variety of play to the game.  The piece is placed on the board at the beginning of the game.  The placement of the piece can be anywhere on the board and must be agreed to by all players.  The 2X tab part must be placed on the street with the holes of the piece place over the pegs (see below example).

Any building constructed on top of any part of the 2X playing piece will have its value at the end of the game doubled.
